Dave from Liverpool thought the form said “Best Groomed” and filled it in for his scruffy rescue mutt, Kevin. Turns out it was the regional finals of a proper human beauty pageant. Kevin showed up wearing a little tuxedo bow tie, sat perfectly on command, and gave the judges puppy eyes when asked about world peace.

The crowd lost it when Kevin fetched the microphone instead of answering questions. He placed third in swimwear (he just paddled in a kiddie pool), won the talent portion with “roll over 47 times without getting dizzy,” and took home the crown because every other contestant stormed off in protest.
